Two simple ways to start. Pick the one that fits you. Either way, we create your account for you automatically, so there is no separate sign-up.

Already registered elsewhere? Transferring takes two steps:
1. Fill out your Hero Dispatch transfer document.
2. Ask your current licensed producer (LP) to send your medical document to Hero Dispatch — call or email your LP, or use our transfer request tool.

Prefer to involve your own practitioner? Download a blank Hero Dispatch medical document (Health Canada format) and bring it to them to complete and sign.

Approval through Blue Cross can take up to two weeks. Once you are approved, the full craft shelf is open to you, billed directly with nothing out of pocket.
Membership has its privileges
Hero Dispatch is built for veterans and first responders. Onboarding is simple, your coverage is billed directly to Blue Cross, and you pay nothing out of pocket.
