Your existing provider is required by the Cannabis Regulations to adhere to a transfer request "without delay." While most providers process these within 24–48 hours, some may take longer. If you do not receive an account approval email from us within 5 business days, it means we have not yet received the medical document from your previous provider. Please email us at hello@herodispatch.com if you haven't heard from us by then, and we will follow up with them directly on your behalf.
