How do I transfer a medical document from another provider?

To transfer your medical document from another provider:

(1) Complete our Registration Form

(2) Contact your existing licensed producer of medical cannabis and request that your document is transferred to:

Really impressed with this one. Especially for the price, this one is a must try. I am big on Sativa’s and this is right up there for me. Smooth and busts up nice. North 40 nailed it!

Smaller nugs with a dry cure (something I’ve noticed as a trait of north 40s stuff so far), lemon citrus notes akin to a SLH or similar strains, super white ash and a really enjoyable smoking experience very smooth and clean smoke, a great straight sativa that settles in nicely. For the price this stuff is Devine I don’t think you could find a decent sativa in that budget range on the market rn with this kinda quality. Will definitely buy again!

Wow , I’m super surprised! This is some of the best weed I’ve smoke. This is top notch smoke ! Very potent sativa , got me lifted , euphoric , giggly. Premo smoke at budget price this may be the deal of the century. Burns clean, white ash so smooth. Bag smell right in your face of musky , cheesy , lemony greatness. Small nugs but who cares !!
