How do I transfer a medical document from another provider?

To transfer your medical document from another provider:

(1) Complete our Registration Form

(2) Contact your existing licensed producer of medical cannabis and request that your document is transferred to:

Did you know? You can "split" your medical document among multiple cannabis providers. For example, if you are prescribed 2 grams per day, you can have 1g at 2 different cannabis providers.

Strawberry Guava is cross of Strawberry Banana and Papaya. Two of those combined lend a tasty, aromatic profile of sweet berries and Guava. The kushy, sweet, guava flavor is laced with notes of berries and fuel. This delicious mix carries over into its flavor, making this an extra enticing strain to dab or vape.

The terpenes in Strawberry Guava include Myrcene, Limonene, and Linalool. Myrcene, a terpene found in mangoes and lemongrass tea, provides the strain’s couch-locking sensation, which also relieves pain.
