To transfer your medical document from another provider:

(1) Complete our Registration Form

(2) Contact your existing licensed producer of medical cannabis and request that your document is transferred to:

Best Cooling gel in the game

Injured my foot jumping out of a moving golf cart, applied some of this cooling gel and it numbed it out enough for me to walk. After about a week of consistent use I was pretty much back to normal. Over all it helped with recovery and with pain management so 10/10, no complaints.
