I’ve been using this as a daily thing in the morning to get some CBD into my system when I get up.

It’s not magic, but it does calm me down a fair bit, and it seems to kick in pretty fast if I keep it in my mouth for a while.

Each spray contains 13 mg of CBD in 0.1 ml of MCT oil derived from coconut, and there’s around 150 sprays in the bottle.

I have been using 3 or 4 sprays under my tongue, and then not swallowing for a few minutes to give sublingual absorption a chance to work.

It doesn’t have much taste, other than a slightly oily feel in your mouth, you can barely tell it’s there.

This is really good medicine. It must be, I’m on my second bottle now.
