I like that it is in two packets but it does seem like a lot of sugar all together. The texture was not what I was expecting as it is much finer sugar than what you usually see. This is almost powered sugar fine which means it dissolves very quickly in any liquids. I would say this is definitely more more mixing into a drink or baking as eating it on it's own is a little frustrating. The taste is very light, much less maple flavor than I was expecting which is good. I can easily see this flavor kind of disappearing into a lot of drinks. I did not get much of an herbal taste in this, just a bare hint right at the end after eating both packets. The high was very fast and a bit heavier than I usually get from edibles. This is really enjoyable.
