To transfer your medical document from another provider:

(1) Complete our Registration Form

(2) Contact your existing licensed producer of medical cannabis and request that your document is transferred to:

Moldy cookies

2 of the cookies I ordered showed up moldy, and the other 4 really don't smell or look edible. I have emailed about this and waiting to hear back to get fixed. I will not be eating any of the cookies as I want to make sure I don't get hurt in the process.
