How do I transfer a medical document from another provider?

To transfer your medical document from another provider:

(1) Complete our Registration Form

(2) Contact your existing licensed producer of medical cannabis and request that your document is transferred to:

Decent!

I’d score this a solid 3.5 / 5!

I’ve found it great to help wind down at the end of the day. Very calming/relaxing but won’t utterly couch you or green you out; unless perhaps you hit it super hard four or five times in a row(?) Even then I kind of doubt it. Despite its higher % It seems quite user friendly … and I consider myself to be a bit of a lightweight.

Decent flavour.

I had heard it was good for assisting in getting to sleep, however, I did not find it to be outstanding in this department - although, again, it did leave me feeling very relaxed overall.

Plugs but hugs

Yep this cartridge has plugging issues, but it's still absolutely worth it. Takes a lot to find my off switch and couch lock me, and this did it well every time.

Not user friendly

I bought 3 of these cartridges and every one plugged up during use, one doing it twice. A paper clip was used to clean out both ends of the cartridge and then it would work again. Other than that, it did the job okay.

I've been vaping for 5 years now and this cartridge plugs up before half is gone. I ordered 3 at the same time and everyone of them plugged up. I had to use a paper clip to clean out both ends and then it worked fine. I had to clean one out twice so some material was lost. When working properly, Cow Tipper did what it was supposed to do.

It takes a lot to couch lock me, and this did it. Great for migraines and assisting sleep.
