To transfer your medical document from another provider:

(1) Complete our Registration Form

(2) Contact your existing licensed producer of medical cannabis and request that your document is transferred to:

This was a very light high , easy on the mind , best for first thing in the morning. Wasn’t the most crazy of effects. Taste and smelled very nice, can actually almost taste and smell melon . As per buds nothing was very attractive very small simple buds. Burned clean , and smoked smooth , good quality product. However , not worth the price point for me. My four stars are based on quality of smoke , taste and smell.
