To transfer your medical document from another provider:

(1) Complete our Registration Form

(2) Contact your existing licensed producer of medical cannabis and request that your document is transferred to:

Very nice

Very nice hybrid. Great to smoke and hang out. I believe this is what used to be “ladies night”. Which was also great , so either way this is great stuff and I really enjoyed it.
