How do I transfer a medical document from another provider?

To transfer your medical document from another provider:

(1) Complete our Registration Form

(2) Contact your existing licensed producer of medical cannabis and request that your document is transferred to:

Do not buy

I urge you to not buy this product. I ordered this twive now the buzz it's self is excellent but the first one I bought I smoke out of it like 4 or 5 times and I only take a few puffs at a time. After the first 4 or 5 times the thing clogged up so bad, it cause me to have to heat the crap out of it by holding the button down on my battery. Like I said though the buzz is great and I thought it was a just a faulty pod so once it was empty I figured I'd try it one more time. The second one I bought a little but ago I used it a few times now its the same thing but even worse. Make your own decision but this is just my opinion and suggestion.
