To transfer your medical document from another provider:

(1) Complete our Registration Form

(2) Contact your existing licensed producer of medical cannabis and request that your document is transferred to:

Great

I love this. 4 sprays and I can sleep for 6-8hrs straigh and wake up clear headed. No groggy feeling and having my mind in a fog for half the day like I get with prescribed sleeping pills. Just great.
