Each gummy contains 2 mg of THC and 20 mg of CBD.

They are a nice little 1 to 10 gummy that has indica terpenes added in. They do advertise this as full spectrum but I lean from the added terpenes that it might be closer to broad spectrum since if it was full spectrum they wouldn't have to add terpenes back in. This is based on their American site information though as they provide nothing on their Canadian products except the ingredients on the package. Flavorwise, it was more raspberry than mango which I liked though there was a bit of a herbal undertone after all five gummies. The texture was also pretty nice with a smooth chew from the pectin and wasn't heavily grainy. They are a CBD primary brand and this did work well in replacement of my CBD one night. I vaped as well the night I tried this so can't address the effectiveness of the extract in that way unfortunately.
