How do I transfer a medical document from another provider?

To transfer your medical document from another provider:

(1) Complete our Registration Form

(2) Contact your existing licensed producer of medical cannabis and request that your document is transferred to:

Did you know? You can "split" your medical document among multiple cannabis providers. For example, if you are prescribed 2 grams per day, you can have 1g at 2 different cannabis providers.

Little sour citrus :)

Ohhh, nice taste (citrus kind a bit sour) I got the small one but can't wait to grab some regular one :) For the price good :)

solid overall but tastes gross

very distinctive/interesting smell upon opening, but tasted gross to smoke. had to mix it with other stuff because the taste was so bad. solid effectiveness though, would be 5 star if not for taste!

Vraiment un bon buzz.

J'aime la qualité et les terpènes de ce lot mais ce qui me déçoit encore de lui et du GG4 est qu'il brûle vraiment mal et donne mal à la gorge. Espérant avoir un petit coupon pour compensé ou autres pour la prochaine commande.

Strong brain-tingling vibes

Not a regular sativa user, but was excited to try this offering from HD! The pieces inside are **small** 🦐, with most pieces being smaller than my fingernail -- they were super cute, and there were almost 0 stems/leaves at all! They also looked very cakes with trichomes, and ground up beautifully in my flower mill. I rolled a joint, so I can't comment much on the flavor, but from the open bag I immediately got hit with a pine forest smell.

Effects - again, not a regular sativa person, so I got hit pretty hard! Felt a little anxious and dizzy at points, but also felt like having a good laugh and getting sh*t done! Perhaps I'd better cut this one with CBD before I try it again, but I think it'll appeal to people looking for a brain buzz! Overall very happy with the experience, and can't wait to try the indica bag I picked up from this brand.
