How do I transfer a medical document from another provider?

To transfer your medical document from another provider:

(1) Complete our Registration Form

(2) Contact your existing licensed producer of medical cannabis and request that your document is transferred to:

Did you know? You can "split" your medical document among multiple cannabis providers. For example, if you are prescribed 2 grams per day, you can have 1g at 2 different cannabis providers.

Space Cookies is a well balanced hybrid strain, featuring 60% indica genetics and 40% sativa genetics. The strain was developed during a breeding program using Girl Scout Cookies and Afghan genetics.

Tropicana Banana is a sativa-dominant hybrid weed strain made by crossing Tropicanna with Banana Kush. The flavor of Tropicana Banana tastes sweet with tropical and citrus undertones. The dominant terpene of this strain is pinene.

King Tut, also known as "Tutankhamon," and "Pharaoh," is a potent sativa marijuana strain made from a cross of AK-47. This strain features flavors that are sour, skunky and fruity.

3 Low quality 1/4s and a 1/4 of shake….

The first 3 Qs were just lower quality of there strains. But the 3 rd bag is what really made me unhappy. A bag of “assorted milled”. Ffs when I buy a sample pac of buds I expect to at least be able to sample buds not have a bag of shake..
