To transfer your medical document from another provider:

(1) Complete our Registration Form

(2) Contact your existing licensed producer of medical cannabis and request that your document is transferred to:

This was unenjoyable , smoked harsh, burned black. Small stems all over my grind. High was alright. This priced the same as the phase 4 trails , but this low quality bud is reflected in the price.
