In the past they have been exceptional. When needing to replace my prescription order I had a question. They would respond usually in a 2-4days. That wasn't the major issue. The issue is they would reply without ever answering my question. I would ask my question again letting them know the urgency in the situation. They would repeat with replying another creative way and refusing to answer my question. This was never an issue in the past. Their final excuse was that they didn't have time. This went on numerous times. It was explained that pretending to answer numerous times takes more time then answering the question. It was extremely frustrating. They refused to get someone who wanted to help or a supervisor. It is odd to go from being able to answer this type of question then to refusing to answer it. By law, this type of question is to have the answer in order to sell. I know the company had the answer. They have had it in the past. The individual just didn't want answer it for some reason and created more work by replying and refusing to answer.
