How do I transfer a medical document from another provider?

To transfer your medical document from another provider:

(1) Complete our Registration Form

(2) Contact your existing licensed producer of medical cannabis and request that your document is transferred to:

Got the job done

Seemed to work fine for me, did not last as long as I expected but was useful in the context I needed it. Interesting taste, you def get a strawberry flavor. Decent potency but could use much stronger.

Felt empty.

This definitely did not have thirty activations. The pump didn't not work properly as you need to pump it about 5 or 6 times to get anything out of it. The first few times you pump it, just a few drips came out. It was used a few times and then... nothing. Empty. The flavour was ok though. Needs to be improved for me to buy again.
