How do I transfer a medical document from another provider?

To transfer your medical document from another provider:

(1) Complete our Registration Form

(2) Contact your existing licensed producer of medical cannabis and request that your document is transferred to:

Did you know? You can "split" your medical document among multiple cannabis providers. For example, if you are prescribed 2 grams per day, you can have 1g at 2 different cannabis providers.

Texture and visuals were on point, wet chapstick texture with a nice berry smell. I hoped for more flavour translation but it was a solid jar overall.

Amazing!

This reminds me of the Strawberry Jerry cut that used to be around in the grey market. I’ve always wanted someone to make it into a nice hash rosin. This stuff is so tasty, also an excellent day time sativa. Nice clear headed stone. I’ve already ordered a second jar.
