To transfer your medical document from another provider:

(1) Complete our Registration Form

(2) Contact your existing licensed producer of medical cannabis and request that your document is transferred to:

Mild high

Overall good smoke, I found the high to be lacking in comparison to other chemdog I have tried. Very clear headed. This came labeled as midday mix, not harmony haze.
