How do I transfer a medical document from another provider?

To transfer your medical document from another provider:

(1) Complete our Registration Form

(2) Contact your existing licensed producer of medical cannabis and request that your document is transferred to:

My favorite CBD oil

My favorite CBD oil so far. Very strong so you only need a little bit. A whole pipette is 140mg, I calculate to use 20-30mg for anxiety and when needed 40-60mg for pain or sleep. Having to put less oil in my mouth at the time of a big plus, and the bottle last a lot longer. I used to buy from the sqdc but it's significantly cheaper here when you buy 3.
I use this oil daily, I managed to stop using my prescription anxiety med. Everything is +++
